Weekend in Amsterdam :)
They've opened a Buddha bar in the City Theatre (near Leidseplein) about 6 weeks ago. The spider sushi there is amazing! And it has a lovely ambience. It's known as the little sister of the Buddha Bar in Paris. Don't know if it's your thing, but the interior is worth a peek anyway.
And another new place in Amsterdam is Bocinq. Didn't go there myself yet, but I've heard good things about it.
Just read that you come to Amsterdam from time to time and thought you might want to take these restaurants into consideration the next time you visit. :)
Cool, thanks :)
